The file you are downloading is the zip file.  Your computer must be auto extracting it, or blocking it from being downloaded.  When you download it, watch your computer for what it is doing.  If you are getting an error, or warning to accept download, click to accept. 
If you are able to download it and it is extracting it, you need to turn that feature off in your browser, or re-compress all of the files that it extracted, back into a zip. 
If you still have issue, we can install the zip file for you on your install, we will just need login information emailed to support@helloyoudesigns.com

The template has been successfully installed, but there is a conflict with the SSL certificate. The server activates it, but when installing the template, it deactivates the certificate.

Is it deactivating it? Or are there items like the images that are not https? If it is images that are not https, then run a search and replace to make sure all demo images are using https.

For anyone else that runs into this, it is not that the SSL is deactivating. It is from the demo images that are being imported not being served by HTTPs. It is called mixed content. Essentially where some images have http and some have https. This is not really a theme issue. It just means that you need to run a search and replace to change anything that is http to https.

Before doing this make sure that you have a backup, in case you do something incorrectly. To run a search and replace, download the plugin Better Search & Replace. Then where it says “Search For” put http and where it says “Replace With” put https. Select all the tables and run the search and replace. Make sure that you uncheck “Run as a dry run” so it will actually make the changes.

Currently you had the blush template installed and the demo content. Is it supposed to be a different theme?
