I recently purchased the Hello Luv theme for my self-hosted WordPress site and paid for the installation add-on. How exactly do I go about installing this theme to my site? Is someone meant to install it for me? I’m really confused and was under the assumption that once I paid for the add-on, someone would be able to install the theme to my website for me.
In need of some clarification!

Just saw your order come through. Since it is after hours here, you wouldn’t typically hear from us until the AM about the install. Just sent you the install email however, you should see it come through any moment. Once we have that, my installer can get started on it tomorrow, and should have everything set up just like the demo by evening.
