Integrating Flodesk email forms into HelloIris

Hi Jennifer and team,
I’m having trouble integrating my Flodesk email forms into my website built with HelloIris. Specifically, I want to add them to (1) the Optin page as shown in your template, and (2) as a pop-up box.

First, when it comes to (1) the Optin page, I created an “in-line form without picture” in Flodesk and tried to embed the Raw HTML code into the appropriate element in the page. However, it appears with too much padding around it and I just can’t seem to get rid of it. I would like the input fields to look aligned with the text like in your template, and to eliminate the excess space above and below the form. How can I do that?
Second, when it comes to the pop-up form, I have no idea where to add the header code. How can I add a pop-up form to my website?
