Mailchimp newsletter sign up in kadence

Hello, I have the Hello Niche theme and want the information in this block (it says first name, last name, email address with a button saying “yes please!) to direct people to my mailchimp sign up. I tried swapping out some of the html, and when I do, it doesn’t seem to work. I’m guessing that I’m swapping out the wrong part. Are you able to tell me what lines to remove in the html code and replace with the mailchimp code please. I’m attaching the html in the theme below for ease.
