is it possible to move the blog section closer to the top of the page in Hello rose theme? or can i delete it and re add it? i cant seem to click on or edit the title in this area so I\’m not sure how to edit it

Not really without some decent modification of the theme.  We can provide a quote.  A better option would be to use the Genesis Featured Post widget in the widget spot you want.
