‘stack’ lines of text on a blog post

Hi there! I am trying to make a list of items (in a blog post) but don’t want to use the list function because I don’t want the bullet points or icons. If I use the ‘stack’ option it works and looks great in preview mode. But when I view the blog post, the lines are spaced out (without being stacked). Hope that makes sense, I’ll attach pictures – it’s the lines with the heart emojis. Is there some way to fix that? Thanks so much x
