Hello I’m interested in purchasing a theme but you have you set-up the theme for me.  I was wondering what is your load speed for your themes? I’ve also purchased the genesis theme previously using another child theme can I use it again for one of your themes?

All of the themes are very lightweight because they do not have page builders in them and the traditional bulk that most themes have.  The speed will be more on your server end and how your site is set up.
 
You should be able to use that framework with any Genesis theme.
