“This block has encountered an error and cannot be previewed.”
I just installed Hello Orchid and started adding my content to various pages then I tried to open the Kadence Design Library and keep getting this message, “This block has encountered an error and cannot be previewed.” I’ve restarted my computer and cleared the cache. I purchased extra design libraries and can’t get them installed with the Design Library not working. Suggestions? I don’t see an exact answer in any of the existing Q&As.

Is everything up to date on the site? Like WordPress, php and the framework?
Yes, I just started from scratch again, cleared the cache on my computer, etc. I’m still getting the same message.
I contacted my hosting provider’s support, Bluehost, they had me use incognito mode to open the Design Library and it finally opened up. I’m on a Mac, I’ve cleared my cache several times, restarted my computer multiple times, etc. I don’t know why but Design Library only seems to work in Incognito for me now. It’s better than no solution, but if anyone thinks of something I might have missed I’d appreciate assistance. Thanks!
