Widgets don’t show in the backend

Hi Jennifer,
If you recall, you noticed last time you checked my blog that the widgets wouldn’t show in Appearance – Widgets (see attached photo). They only show on the front end. 
Do you know how I can solve this and see them in Appearance – Widgets? It wasn’t an issue until now, however I have started translating my blog in a second language. And the only way to have two different sidebars in both language is to set them up in the back end.

Do remember this, but can’t remember if it was from a plugin conflict or what was preventing them from showing.  Do I still have a login for this site?  If not, can you email me one jennifer@helloyoudesigns.com

Hi Jennifer, yes you still have access. Do you still have the login details?
