Image missing on home page

I published my site back in December and have had the same image in the “Image 1 & 2” section since then.  Today I realized that image is missing from my site.  I checked in the “Customize” area and the image is still in there but isn’t visible on the website.  I removed it and re-uploaded with the correct sizing and it still isn’t showing up on my website.  Any idea why it would be missing all of the sudden?  I have attached a screen shot!  Thanks so much for you help!
